REFUND POLICY

You can request a return of standard size item (not customised, not bespoke) within 14 days after receiving it. We deduct bank fees and customs fees that we pay in India on any item entering the country, so we highly recommend to use less then 10 USD value on a return to avoid excessive fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate your return please contact us at info@studioweathered.com. We will send you instructions on how to send your parcel and address for return. Items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted. Also note, that customized and bespoke items are not returnable, but if you have any doubts we are wiling to send you a picture of your order before we ship it. If you are eligible for the return, the amount will be refunded to you using the same method of payment, after we receive the returned item.
